One of the benefits of exhibiting at ALA is the opportunity to promote author/illustrator appearances directly within the ALA Scheduler/Mobile App. Attendees can easily plan their conference schedule and include these special appearances.
You can schedule your “Meet the Authors” session at the ALA 2026 Annual Conference & Exhibition during any of our exhibit hours.
Option 1: Meet the Authors (In-Booth) for Author/Illustrator appearances held in your exhibit booth.
Option 2: Author Autographing Stations. As an alternative to Option 1, ALA provides exhibitors with a location to host author autographing sessions in the back of the exhibit hall.
For exhibitors who want to avoid scheduling guest appearances at the same time as major programs of the American Library Association, check the Annual Conference Scheduler.
